A section of the roof of the air dome is made using TKK 400 Fluor Transparent membrane, a new generation of fabric which has been specially created for use in the construction of durable architectural structures.

The TKK 400 features a supporting fabric made of high tenacity PES and coated with clear, fire-resistant PVC traded with various stabilising agents. The PVC coating improves the resistance of the structure to the atmospheric agents, is dirt-resistant, and at the same time provides effective protection against UV rays. TKK 400 enables a 40% share of the natural light to pass through, thereby enhancing the degree of comfort offered by the cover, and greatly reducing artificial lighting energy requirements.

TKK 400 Fluor Transparent is recyclable and is produced in keeping with the European standards on
the safe use of chemical materials (REACH).
